OUR VISION

Edouard Haag – 8th generation

At Meteor, we’re proud of being an independent, family-run brewery since 1640.

Because being independent means being able to achieve our dreams and commitments, and to choose our own future!

Because being independent means honouring our four centuries of history, our Alsatian roots which are so important to use, the made in France approach which we take for granted, and above all our 200 employees.

These are the people who keep the independent spirit of Brasserie Meteor alive every day.

1640

And because today’s battles are tomorrow’s victories, we have never stopped defending our family heritage.

For 8 generations, we’ve believed in a world where breweries, like any other business, must be able to survive the passing centuries while deeply respecting people and the environment. So being independent is also a commitment to the future.

Meteor’s history teaches us that to last you have to be sustainable, and we will continue to be so by offering products that are ever more respectful of the environment.
